Dave's unique advantage in the industry stems from his early exposure to the intricacies of the back end of real estate, providing him with a solid foundation when he transitioned to residential real estate sales. Since obtaining his Realtor license in 2007, Dave has centered his operations in the vibrant Orange County, California.
